Grow on Instagram,
on autopilot.

Chat2Lead replies to Instagram DMs and comments automatically — keyword-triggered or AI-powered — so you never miss a lead, even while you're offline.

Free plan available. No credit card required.

Built for Instagram creators and small businesses

No bots logging into your account. No guesswork.

Chat2Lead runs on Meta's official Instagram integration — here's exactly what happens when a lead reaches out.

01

Connect your Instagram

Link your Instagram Business account through Meta's official login — no passwords shared with us. Your access token is encrypted at rest and only decrypted the moment we need to send a reply.

02

Set a keyword trigger

Choose a word or phrase to watch for on DMs or comments, and how you want it answered.

03

We reply automatically

The moment someone uses that keyword, they get an instant reply — a set message or an AI-generated one.

Everything you need to never miss a lead

One keyword trigger, and Chat2Lead takes it from there.

Keyword automation

Set a keyword, we watch for it — on any DM or comment

Trigger an automatic reply the moment someone uses a specific word or phrase, whether it lands in your DMs or under a post.

Comment-to-DM

Turn public comments into private conversations

When someone comments a trigger word, we automatically follow up with a private DM — capturing the lead without cluttering your comment section.

Smart AI replies

PRO

When a keyword isn't enough, Smart AI keeps the conversation going

Powered by real context, not just canned text — Smart AI remembers the thread and writes a reply that actually answers what was asked.

Full visibility

See what's running, keep manual control when you want it

Every automation shows its live status at a glance, and canned replies are there whenever you'd rather not rely on AI.
